Since September we’ve been shining a light on young people in community pharmacy as key members of the pharmacy team. Here a young carer shares her experience and appreciation for her local team.

“Both myself, my partner and our children regularly visit Boots pharmacy in St Leonards for our prescriptions.

I find the staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful – putting their lives at risk during this pandemic to ensure people get the right medication.

They have always been amazing to our family, I’d even call them friends!

I am so grateful for how understanding they are of our health issues, as well as being supportive of our children when they misbehave in the pharmacy.

Thank you Boots, St Leonards, for the service you provide, and for treating everyone in such a friendly manner.”

G McNulty, St Leonards

We want to hear more experiences from young people in community pharmacy during this COVID-19 pandemic: whether you’ve found innovative ways to overcome challenges you’ve faced, kept a positive spirit, gone above-and-beyond to take care care of your patients, and much much more.
