 GPhC regulation of pharmacies is changing – Understand what this will mean for you and your pharmacy!!!  Guest Expert Speaker:  Simon Denton – GPhC Inspector

An opportunity for you to hear about what the upcoming changes in regulating pharmacies will involve and get your questions answered.

Understand how the GPhC Consultation on Developing an Approach to Regulating Registered Pharmacies will affect you.  This is important, it includes:

  • Publishing inspection reports
  • Introducing new types of inspections
  • Moving to unannounced inspections
  • Changing inspection ratings
  • Requiring all standards to be met to receive an overall ‘met’ rating
  • Sharing examples of notable practice in a ‘knowledge hub’
