NHS Health Check workshop for Surrey and West Sussex Pharmacies
Is your pharmacy commissioned to provide NHS Health Check services?
There is an event coming up to train staff from Surrey and West Sussex pharmacies to deliver these services. These events are for all staff in pharmacies that are already providing the NHS Health Check service
• Pharmacists, pharmacy technicians, and pre-regs (pre-regs who may be working in a pharmacy providing the NHS Health Check commissioned service once they qualify)
• Other members of staff who would be confident to be involved in the NHS Health Check service

NHS HEALTH CHECK COMMUNITY PHARMACY ALL-DAY WORKSHOP
Date; Wednesday 26 June 2019
Venue; The Charis Centre, Crawley, RH11 7EL
Time; Registration from 9.30am. Workshop 10am-4.30pm
• Tea and coffee will be provided, but you will need to bring your own lunch or buy it locally.
You will be required to work through some e-learning and other activities before the event

All bookings must be done via the CPPE website.

PLEASE NOTE – Each attendee must register themselves. Registration cannot be done by another person. Non-GPhC members of staff will need to register with the CPPE website and then login to be able to book. They will not be charged.

You will need a keycode when booking as these events are only open to pharmacies already providing the services. The keycodes can be found on the information that was recently emailed via PharmOutcomes or by contacting me, sarah.ridgwaygreen@cppe.ac.uk (please provide the name of your pharmacy when requesting the keycode)

The events are paid for by Surrey and West Sussex CCs and are FREE to attend but please note – a cancellation fee may be charged for last minute cancellations or non-attendance.
