Healthy Living Pharmacies (HLP) across WSCC
For HLP Level 1 accreditation please remember:
- A reminder you must have at least one Full Time Equivalent Health Champion in your pharmacy trained to RSPH Level 2.
Please find below the documents and presentations which will help you evidence what you need to meet the HLP 1 criteria Quality Payments so you can easily put together your portfolio.
Some pharmacies/multiples will arrange for this to be done centrally, please to liaise with company managers/head office to find out the company procedure for your pharmacy.

This is a simple checklist for you to make sure your portfolio is complete. You can use the same piece of evidence for more than one of the items on the list. Also, please remember that it takes up to 2 weeks to get email confirmation of your HLP level 1 accreditation after completing the RSPH declaration online… so it MUST be done at least 2 weeks before the 24th November Quality Payment Scheme Review Point for your completion of the Quality Point Declaration to NHSBSA.
