Please find below the documents and presentations from the recent Surrey LPC Public Health event which will help you evidence what you need to meet the HLP 1 criteria Quality Payments so you can easily put together your portfolio.
Some pharmacies/multiples will arrange for this to be done centrally, please to liaise with company managers/head office to find out the company procedure for your pharmacy.

This is a simple checklist for you to make sure your portfolio is complete. You can use the same piece of evidence for more than one of the items on the list. Surrey Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment
The PNA provides a statement of need for pharmaceutical services for Surrey residents. The Health and Wellbeing Board published the last Pharmaceutical Needs Assessment for Surrey in 2015. It was approved at its March 12th 2015 meeting.
The 2018 draft PNA due to be published in April 2018, must be available for comment before it is finalised and published and the consultation period is Monday 2nd October 2017 to Friday 1st December 2017. https://www.surreysays.co.uk/public-health/pna/
Joint Strategic Needs Assessment
The Joint Strategic Needs Assessment looks at the current and future health and care needs of Surrey’s residents to inform the planning and buying of health, well-being and social care services. The Health and Well-being Board has joint responsibility for overseeing this.

Also, please remember that it takes up to 2 weeks to get email confirmation of your HLP level 1 accreditation after completing the RSPH declaration online… so it MUST be done at least 2 weeks before the 24th November Quality Payment Scheme Review Point for your completion of the Quality Point Declaration to NHSBSA.
