Easter opening hours across Surrey and Sussex

Pharmacies in England are required to be open between 2pm to 5pm on Good Friday (10 April) and Easter Monday (13 April)

Many will be closed on Easter Sunday. with those that are open working different hours from their usual times.

Pharmacy details have been supplied by NHS England. They are correct at the time of publishing but are subject to change:

All community pharmacies in Surrey and Sussex will be displaying Easter opening time information for their area when their pharmacy is closed.

Pharmacies have been asked to update their opening details on the NHS Website. This will help people find an alternative pharmacy if the one they usually use is closed.

Help is also available from NHS 111 online  available 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Alternatively people needing non-urgent medical help can dial 111  – calls are free from landlines and mobile phones.

On Friday 3 April 2020, it was announced  that pharmacies in England would be required to open between 2pm to 5pm on Good Friday 10 April,  and Easter Monday 13 April 2020.

This requirement has been made under the National Health Service (Amendments Relating to the Provision of Primary Care Services During a Pandemic etc.) Regulations 2020 and with the agreement of the Secretary of State.
