CPPE Event – Medicines optimisation in care homes essential skills – residential workshop (Days 3 and 4)

Please note: this event is for pharmacists and pharmacy technicians participating in the Medicines optimisation in care homes training for pharmacy professionals pathway.

The aim of this two day residential workshop is to support pharmacy professionals to develop the knowledge, skills and confidence needed to carry out effective communication and consultations, and to introduce basic history-taking and clinical assessment skills in a care home setting.
