CPPE Event – Clinical pharmacists in general practice education: Module 1 residential induction – Days 1 and 2

The aim of the clinical pharmacists in general practice education (CPGPE) induction residential is to provide an introduction to the core knowledge, skills and behaviours required to meet the standards for the GP pharmacist role.

Each residential has two consecutive days with an overnight stay in between. Both days are automatically booked for you when you book onto the residential. All meals, refreshments and accommodation on the residential are provided.

Days 1 and 2 focus on patient engagement, Developing your role in general practice, an introduction to leadership and Consultation skills for general practice.

Before you book on the induction residential you must enrol on the Clinical pharmacists in general practice education pathway.

If you have already attended Developing your role in general practice (day 1) and Consultation skills in general practice (day 2) as a CPPE day workshops during 2016 and 2017, the CPPE system will prevent you booking this residential. Please contact your education supervisor for a manual booking form.
