New contact details for Stop Smoking support from “One You East Sussex” – the NEW integrated lifestyle service provider for East Sussex County Council

 ONE YOU EAST SUSSEX replaces the previous stop smoking, adult weight management and health trainer services for East Sussex residents.  (This used to be Quit 51) ONE YOU EAST SUSSEX will therefore  also be providing pharmacies with resources and referral materials in due course.

How to record your claims including for Non-Quitters:

IMPORTANT information: Update of stop smoking data submission and payment – DEADLINE OF 22nd FEBRUARY


Please ensure that your smoking cessation records for the period of April-December 2017 are entered onto PharmOutcomes with the correct status (quitter/non quitter/lost to follow up) before the deadline of 22nd February. This data is also required to enable for One You to complete the data submission return to NHS Digital so it’s important that they have accurate data that reflects all the good work being done in East Sussex.

Please note the PHLSA agreement states that a payment of £20 will be paid should clients not quit provided the minimum criteria are being met by the pharmacy advisor. A REALLY HELPFUL guide has been created to help you enter your data to receive the correct payment and below:
